Life at Pinnacle
I chose a blue colour font for my blog title because life at Pinnacle has been one that's comfortable and cosy for me. Yes, I've finally moved to my new home on the 21 May, a friday... My parents were there to help as I went to work as usual. According to the elders, pregnant women aren't supposed to be involved in the moving process, so I guess I had better made myself scarce.
Unpacking into a new home was really something new for me. I had never had the experience of moving house b4. That evening, I decided to just take out the basic necessities from the carton boxes and left the unpacking over the weekends. We took my parents to Vivocity for dinner, and after driving them back to Tampines and going back to the new home, I suddenly felt lost.. I told Yo that it was my 1st time having to learn how to uncleave from my parents... Didn't know I'm going to have such emotions in the inside of me..
Anyway, so far so good. I'm beginning to enjoy the feeling of having my personal space and it has been a very cosy stay. Just hoping that we'll be able to find Georgie a vacancy at the Montessori pre-sch downstairs at my block. He's getting bored just staying at home everyday with the maid.
Georgie stayed in the study rm whenever his dad is working there.. it's monkey see monkey do - but I find it cute though..

Just look at daddy's barang barang - my hands are itchy to just help dispose of any unnecessary stuff.

This is our open-concept kitchen (before shifting). I love the white bar-top but now it's filled with milk bottles and water jugs. Still love it now though...
My favourite corner - the dining area...
I got this dining table + chairs at a gd price: $600 (at White furniture store @ Marina Squ)...

TV console...

Living room area... simple but good enough for my family... Thinking of putting a painting on the wall... that would have to come later then..

We've finally settled in our new home.. Thank God for His providence... It's time to move on to our next project: building our finances!
